Junior Engineer - Tooling

Overview

Junior Engineer - Tooling responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, machining, tooling analysis, safety, and equipment performance in the Tooling organization.

What you'll do

• Carry out preventive maintenance and scheduled machining operations.
• Perform tests and maintain control reports.
• Handle corrective maintenance and machining work autonomously.
• Define repair or machining solutions based on production requirements.
• Propose improvements to maintenance and manufacturing ranges.
• Improve equipment performance and lifespan.
• Manage emergencies and adjust workshop schedules.

What you'll need

• Analyze hazardous operations and define safety measures.
• Assess equipment needs against production requirements.
• Understand the functional parts of products and molds.
• Maintain activity monitoring tools and provide work updates.
• Follow environmental, energy, health, safety, product, and company procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
