Junior Executive - Program Management

Overview

Junior Executive – Program Management, Chennai, supports program management activities for Program Managers and the Site Customer Focus Team, with a virtual customer focus role.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and follow up on program management reports across offshore GBS and the Site Customer Focus Team.
• Oversee and coordinate program activities with inter-department teams to ensure commitments tied to deliverables are completed.
• Handle highly confidential and critical data.
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items within GBS/Site Customer Focus Team based on results.
• Lead activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Maintain documentation at various stages of the program.

What you'll need

• Minimum 0–3 years of related PM domain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from Engineering/Management or equivalent.
• Experience using the ERP tool for PM roles such as Baan or SAP.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills plus customer management skills.
• Understanding of program management concepts and product lifecycle phases including NPI/NPD.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MS-Project.
• Basic understanding of office automation/automation through Excel.
