Sales Coverage Support Analyst, Analyst/Associate

Overview

ICG Rates Sales Desk Enabler (Analyst/Associate) in Mumbai, supporting daily sales/desk activities and trade execution across FIC products.

What you'll do

• Ensure accurate and timely booking, amendment, and lifecycle management of FIC trading products.
• Assist with matching trades that cannot be auto-captured, and reconcile bookings to trade recaps.
• Execute non-economic amendments and validate PV/economic impact for bond/derivative amendments.
• Coordinate bilateral unwind and novation processes, including approvals and releases.
• Manage onboarding and static data for cash bonds, repo, and derivatives readiness.
• Maintain issue logs, escalation matrices, and resolve trade/settlement discrepancies.

What you'll need

• Excellent skills in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Fixed Income products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Preferred: experience in Middle Office, Sales Support, Trading Support, or Trade Management in an investment banking environment.
