Territory Field Sales Manager

Overview

Territory Field Sales Manager responsible for leading a sales team and driving growth in the field through training, strategy execution, and key account partnerships.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a sales team of engaged sellers.
• Conduct sales training for the team and individually.
• Plan and execute strategic sales activities.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies that deliver results.
• Negotiate agreements to secure a strong market position and long-term growth.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure success.

What you'll need

• Experience from sales and sales leadership.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of market data.
• Valid driver’s license category B.

Nice to have

• Experience with tradesolution and/or AC Nielsen.
• Relevant higher education in economics, management, sales, or marketing.
• Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
