Junior Team Member- Manufacturing

Overview

Support daily shop floor manufacturing operations in a chemical process plant, following production plans and safety and quality protocols.

What you'll do

• Support execution of daily shop floor operations in alignment with production schedules.
• Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Ensure safe handling and movement of materials within the chemical process plant.
• Comply with all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance for equipment availability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Warehouse for raw material and finished goods movement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality for product clearance and compliance.

What you'll need

• Diploma in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Polymer Technology.
• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in chemical or process manufacturing industries.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
