Know Your Client (KYC) Analyst, NCT

Overview

Know Your Client (KYC) Analyst role supporting AML/KYC requirements for retail clients, including verification, due diligence, documentation review, risk assessment, and sign-offs for new client adoption and regular reviews.

What you'll do

• Verify client data for KYC requirements.
• Perform due diligence for new and existing retail clients.
• Review KYC documentation for clients to be adopted or reviewed.
• Conduct risk assessments for clients to be adopted or reviewed.
• Sign off on new client adoptions and complete regular reviews.
• Manage new client adoption and regular review streams to meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare timely reports and MIS for stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 1 to 2 years of work experience in AML/KYC for retail clients or compliance within corporate financial services.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines.
• Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and assess risk scores and entity types.
• Ability to interpret alerts.
• Understanding of end-to-end KYC process.
• Good German language skills (written & verbal) at B2.2 equivalent or above (preferred).
• Good analytical writing, reading comprehension, and critical reasoning skills.
