Overview

Regulatory Compliance New Associate role focused on KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and compliance support for customer onboarding and ongoing customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Support a compliance operating model to shift compliance from reactive to proactive using data and intelligent technologies.
• Verify identity, suitability, and risks for onboarding and maintaining business customer relationships.
• Drive customer identification and customer due diligence activities.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) as part of the compliance workflow.
• Use KYC experience and ECDD/OCDD knowledge to support compliance requirements and controls.
• Handle routine problems using precedent and referral to general guidelines.

What you'll need

• 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Primary skill in Know Your Customer (KYC).
• Any graduation.
• Knowledge of ECDD/OCDD.
• Understanding of business and regulatory requirements and governance.
• Familiarity with operating model, process, and system controls for compliance.
