Overview

Associate for Financial Crime & Risk Management within R&C. The role focuses on investigating suspicious activities, analyzing transactional data for risk, and strengthening anti-money laundering and compliance controls.

What you'll do

• Investigate suspicious activities to detect potential money laundering or financial crime.
• Analyze transactional and customer data to identify risk indicators and unusual patterns.
• Implement, monitor, and enhance anti-money laundering procedures and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Recommend improvements to compliance policies, processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments, industry trends, and best practices in AML and financial crime prevention.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Statistics.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Risk Management.
• AML Investigations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and fraud management experience/skills.
• Regulatory compliance management and enterprise risk management (ERM) skills.
• Customer onboarding knowledge.
• Language: English (Required) with intermediate B1 proficiency.
• Certifications including CAMS, CFE, or CRISC (ISACA).
