KYC Associate

Overview

Perform KYC reviews for new and existing corporate clients, including due diligence, documentation checks, risk assessment and regulatory compliance activities.

What you'll do

• Verify client data for new and existing clients.
• Perform due diligence across varied client types and complex structures.
• Review KYC documentation for client adoption and periodic reviews.
• Assess client risks and entity types.
• Sign off on new client adoptions and periodic reviews.
• Manage adoption or review requests against regulatory and internal requirements.
• Manage exceptions while meeting business SLAs for timeliness and quality.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of relevant AML, KYC or compliance experience.
• Experience in corporate financial services, banking, KPO, research or analytics.
• Understanding of control, compliance and investigation functions in banks.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines.
• Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and assess risk scores.
• Ability to interpret alerts and identify trends and inconsistencies.
• Proven ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and workflows.
