KYC Quality Assurance Expert - Associate

Overview

KYC Quality Assurance Expert (Associate) conducting KYC QA for clients of Deutsche Bank Group and affiliates in Corporate Investment Banking, providing independent assurance on KYC files and related activities.

What you'll do

• Review client account opening documentation against regulatory and internal policies.
• Validate KYC and client static information in core banking systems.
• Make simple and complex static amendments in core banking systems.
• Perform client due diligence searches using external and internal internet searches.
• Verify signatures and update client records (including maintaining signatures and mandates).
• Liaise with KYC/AML team on queries related to CDD searches and due diligence.

What you'll need

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in a related discipline.
• Have 2–4 years’ experience in client onboarding/static data amendments in Private Banking.
• Have hands-on experience reviewing client onboarding documentation.
• Be able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet project timelines.
