Data Analyst

Overview

Support Order-to-Cash operations and customer requests by resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and following defined processes.

What you'll do

• Handle customer requests and queries through chat, email, and calls.
• Resolve order, data, and system issues using defined processes.
• Coordinate with senior team members on partner concerns.
• Perform data entry, validation, and basic compliance checks.
• Follow up on pending orders, cases, and requests.
• Process requests and update case or order status in internal systems.
• Maintain documentation and update knowledge articles or SOPs.

What you'll need

• Prior customer support, operations, or Order-to-Cash experience is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.

Nice to have

• Exposure to ERP or CRM systems.
