Senior KYC Analyst

Overview

Senior KYC Analyst responsible for ensuring KYC/AML processes run efficiently, with a focus on minimizing losses and reducing onboarding friction.

What you'll do

• Manage KYC and AML processes.
• Handle customer due diligence (Customer/Enhanced Due Diligence) during onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Process applications through a workflow system within agreed SLAs and in compliance with company policies.
• Conduct due diligence and enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers, including sources of wealth and intended account use.
• Investigate suspicious clients flagged by screening systems such as WorldCheck and OFAC lists.
• Analyze AML/CFT risk for PEPs and adverse information, and escalate issues to the Legal Team for approval.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience in a KYC/compliance role in financial services/banking.
• Background working in U.S. markets, in a fintech/tech company, or both.
• Domain expertise in end-to-end KYC and KYB due diligence.
• Experience with screening/data mining and using different search engines.
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Ability to work on process improvements, training, and standard operating procedures.
