MSAT Data Products Lead

Overview

MSAT Data Product Lead to translate MSAT business and scientific requirements into scalable data products and manage their lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Translate scientific requirements into MSAT data product requirements.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain MSAT data products including scientific dashboards.
• Manage data product lifecycle from requirements to continuous improvement.
• Define end-user and data requirements to scale and deliver value for MSAT.
• Monitor digital adoption and foster a community of practices for data products.
• Partner with DD&T, ICC, and relevant MSAT teams to deliver complex data products.
• Ensure data products are reliable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise data standards.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry with CMC and/or MSAT expertise.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in STEM, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Extensive experience in data product development and Agile frameworks (SAFe, Jira).
• Deep knowledge in Databricks and web-based apps such as Streamlit and Plotly.
• Good understanding of MSAT processes, manufacturing, and QC data.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven track record delivering data products using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
