KYC Operations Intermediate Analyst - Checker

Overview

Intermediate KYC Operations Analyst responsible for AML monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting, including managing Citi’s internal KYC program.

What you'll do

• Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts within predefined SLAs.
• Review client information and documentation for compliance with local regulations and Citi standards.
• Report findings on a timely basis.
• Act as SME/POC with stakeholders and senior management and ensure timely feedback loops.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring defects/issues/themes.
• Manage remediation projects and report progress.
• Conduct analysis on records relating to PEQR & REM Returns and provide commentary to management.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of relevant KYC experience.
• KYC/AML experience including QA, client onboarding, compliance, audit, or regulatory.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to operate with limited direct supervision.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience.
