Large Language Model Architect

Overview

Architect large language models that process and generate natural language, designing neural network parameters and training on large quantities of unlabeled text data. This is a Subject Matter Expert role that leads and mentors a team.

What you'll do

• Design neural network parameters and architect large language models.
• Train models on extensive datasets of unlabeled text data.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in large language models.
• Continuously evaluate and improve model architectures based on performance metrics and user feedback.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Large Language Models (must have).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
• Experience training models on large datasets and optimizing performance.
• Familiarity with various machine learning frameworks and tools for model development.
• Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs to drive improvements.
