Large Language Model Architect

Overview

Architect large language models that can process and generate natural language, designing neural network parameters and training on large quantities of unlabeled text data. Act as an SME, leading a team and contributing key decisions across multiple teams.

What you'll do

• Architect large language models that can effectively process and generate natural language.
• Design neural network parameters and work with extensive datasets to train models on large quantities of unlabeled text data.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Refine model performance in collaboration with various teams.
• Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in large language model architecture.

What you'll need

• Must have: proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
• Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
• Experience with training and fine-tuning large language models on diverse datasets.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics to drive improvements.
• 15 years full time education.
