Large Language Model Architect

Overview

Architect large language models (LLMs) that process and generate natural language text. Design neural network configurations for unstructured text and work with teams to integrate and evaluate model performance.

What you'll do

• Design and structure advanced language model architectures for comprehension and generation.
• Contribute independently as a subject matter expert (SME).
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to integrate language models into broader systems.
• Monitor and analyze model outputs to identify improvement and optimization areas.
• Document architectural decisions and communicate model design principles.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience designing and tuning neural network architectures for NLP tasks.
• Strong understanding of LLM training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and methods for generation quality.
• Ability to optimize model performance for efficiency and scalability in production.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
