What you'll do

• Design and structure advanced language models for understanding and generation.
• Plan neural network configurations and manage extensive datasets.
• Continuously refine model architectures to improve natural language processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align model development with project goals.
• Evaluate and improve model performance through experimentation and analysis.
• Document architectural decisions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience designing and tuning neural network architectures for NLP tasks.
• Strong understanding of training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
• Ability to optimize model parameters for accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art methods in natural language generation and understanding.
• Ability to evaluate model outputs and implement improvements based on feedback.
