Job description

Overview

Lead the design, development and deployment of enterprise AI agents and copilots, driving AI solution delivery from PoC through Pilot to Production for global enterprise clients.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Drive AI solution delivery across the complete lifecycle, from PoC, Pilot, and Production while ensuring scalability, governance, and adoption.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into AI, automation, and agentic solutions.
  • Oversee agent operations including monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
  • Develop and review Python scripts, APIs, integrations, and data workflows required to support AI solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and best practices to project teams and junior engineers.
  • Create and maintain architecture documents, technical designs, operational runbooks, and deployment documentation.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in AI, automation, software engineering, analytics, or enterprise application development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio development, deployment, administration, and support (mandatory).
  • Proven experience delivering AI, conversational AI, copilots, or agent-based solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, automation frameworks, and solution orchestration.
  • Working knowledge of data engineering concepts, data integration, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.
