Lead Analyst – Supply Chain (SAP MM)

Overview

Lead Analyst role in the Logistics and Customer Fulfillment team, focusing on driving and supporting inventory-focused initiatives across Supply Chain solutions in SAP.

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership for SAP MM and related inventory management solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, resilient supply chain inventory solutions.
• Translate business requirements into integrated solution designs for supply chain operations.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery from design through build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Identify and implement innovative, AI-enabled improvements to enhance system efficiency and sustainability.
• Drive operational excellence across production support, escalations, ServiceNow performance, and service metrics.
• Mentor analysts, developers, and capability teams to strengthen delivery and solution quality.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 14+ years of experience across SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• 7+ years of project implementation and delivery experience.
• Strong experience leading end-to-end SAP implementations in the Inventory domain of supply chain environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain focused on Materials Management, Inventory Management, Quality Management, and Batch Management.
• Strong understanding of master and transactional data required for SAP S/4 and planning tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in ABAP development.
• Experience with agile methods and ways of working.
• Good understanding of integration technologies such as EDI, MuleSoft, APIs, and third-party systems.
