Overview
Lead Analytics and Integration Engineer to design and deliver scalable analytics, data engineering pipelines, and integrations for vehicle recall, warranty, and dealer operations.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions for large datasets like VINs, warranty claims, dealer repair records, and recall campaign data.
- Build interactive dashboards in Qlik Sense for recall completion, dealer performance, campaign effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
- Create executive dashboards, operational reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Develop automated ETL/ELT pipelines integrating multiple enterprise systems, including Ford enterprise systems and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Implement and support secure API and enterprise data integrations and monitor data quality.
- Use advanced analytics, including predictive techniques, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; conduct root cause analysis for recall completion barriers.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years’ experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, systems integration, data engineering, or advanced analytics.
- Experience using Qlik Sense to develop interactive dashboards.
- Experience supporting vehicle recalls, warranty operations, dealer operations, or aftersales business processes.
- Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Experience with AI (including generative AI) and predictive analytics/ML/NLP.
