Lead Architect

Overview

Lead Architect to design and evolve enterprise identity and security architecture, ensuring secure and seamless access across the organization.

What you'll do

• Lead implementation of complex projects and initiatives with companywide scope.
• Assist in creation of architectural artifacts for key technology initiatives.
• Define future technology architecture and strategy for supported areas.
• Conduct complex technology and system assessments for architecture solutions.
• Make decisions in development and maintenance of architectures.
• Ensure applications adhere to established standards, policies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Communicate architecture strategy and direction to management and systems-related teams.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of architecture experience (or equivalent via work, training, military, or education).
• Hands-on experience with major IAM platforms (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, Ping, SailPoint, or CyberArk).
• Background in cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of modern identity protocols, authentication patterns, and authorization frameworks.
• Ability to define enterprise IAM standards, reference architectures, or design patterns.
• Strong communication skills to influence technical and non-technical teams.
• Understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas.
