Senior Engineer - Privileged Access Management

Overview

Senior Engineer specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM). The role delivers large, complex IAM initiatives focused on improving security posture and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and engineer PAM services including privileged account management.
• Provide secure access to on-premise and cloud Cencora resources, including credential and session management.
• Support privilege models such as zero standing privilege and just-in-time privileged access.
• Engineer and manage IAM-related product suites and tools for operational and strategic decisions.
• Build API integrations and automation scripts to connect business applications to centralized identity infrastructure.
• Analyze platform telemetry and authentication logs to diagnose and troubleshoot authentication anomalies.
• Validate identity platform upgrades and security patches in non-production environments before release.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 6+ years combined IT and security work experience focused on PAM and with enterprise IAM solution design/deployment.
• Over 4 years’ experience designing and deploying IAM solutions at the enterprise level.
• Experience designing, managing, and supporting IAM/PAM products including BeyondTrust Password Safe and related tools.
• Demonstrated implementation of security control frameworks/standards including ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Relevant information security certification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, and/or equivalent experience.
