Overview
Engineer II – Information Engineering designs, builds, and operates scalable enterprise platforms and identity services for internal teams.
What you'll do
- Design and build automation-driven solutions and system integrations to reduce manual operational work.
- Develop and maintain internal platforms and services for identity management and secure access.
- Design, implement, and support secure access technologies including Zero Trust Network Access and identity-aware access controls.
- Apply engineering best practices such as IaC, version control, testing, and CI/CD to enterprise systems and automation workflows.
- Define and maintain architecture standards and technical guidelines for consistency and scalability.
- Partner with Security and Compliance teams for vulnerability management, patching, and incident response support.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience/certifications.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Experience integrating systems using RESTful APIs, OAuth, and data formats like JSON and YAML.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Experience with identity and access management platforms, particularly Okta and Okta Workflows.
- Strong networking fundamentals knowledge and troubleshooting/system performance optimization skills.
