Full Stack Engineer - Assistant Manager

Overview

Full Stack Engineer (Officer) responsible for end-to-end delivery of full-stack modules, owning component-level technical design and production releases.

What you'll do

• Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack modules end-to-end.
• Own backend services, frontend interactions, API contracts, data models, and integration points.
• Develop RESTful APIs, integrations, and business logic layers.
• Build maintainable frontend components aligned with UX and accessibility standards.
• Drive best practices in testing, code quality, CI/CD, documentation, secure coding, and release readiness.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.

What you'll need

• 5–10 years of software engineering experience with hands-on full-stack development.
• Strong backend proficiency in Java and/or Python.
• Strong frontend experience with React and/or Angular.
• Solid understanding of API design, microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, cloud-native deployment models, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker and working knowledge of Kubernetes (or other container orchestration).
