Governance, Risk and Compliance Engineer

Overview

The Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Engineer will centrally support cybersecurity and privacy compliance, data governance, identity governance, and risk management with global cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Manage GRC and IAM platforms, including modules, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Develop compliance and identity automation to reduce manual effort and improve audit readiness.
• Investigate AI opportunities to improve GRC, IAM, access review, and compliance functions.
• Implement APIs and integrations to support GRC controls, access governance, evidence collection, and compliance.
• Collaborate on GRC/IAM use cases for risk management, compliance workflows, and identity/access processes.
• Interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, and standards to specific issues.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Information Technology.
• Knowledge of Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards.
• Knowledge of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data security standards.
• Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively when writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Business administration.
