Senior PAM Engineer – Delinea Cloud

Overview

Senior PAM Engineer to architect, deploy, and operationalize Workday’s cloud-native Privileged Access Management platform using Delinea Cloud.

What you'll do

• Scale the Delinea Cloud Platform and extend privileged access controls across human and machine identities.
• Implement and operate Delinea Secret Server Cloud and DevOps Secrets Vault (DSV) for machine-to-machine and CI/CD credentials.
• Deploy and manage Delinea agents to enforce Zero Trust, Just-In-Time access, and granular privilege elevation on Unix/Linux and Windows server workloads.
• Integrate Delinea Cloud with Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Ping, SIEM (Splunk/Sentinel), and ITSM (ServiceNow).
• Manage vaulting, secret templates, automated password rotation, discovery rules, SSH/RDP web launchers, and session recordings.
• Monitor platform health and act as the tier-3 SME for PAM incidents.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience with a focus on enterprise PAM.
• 4+ years implementing and operating Delinea Cloud (Secret Server Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with Delinea DevOps Secrets Vault (DSV) or Delinea Server PAM/Cloud Suite/Privilege Control for Servers.
• Deep understanding of Linux/Unix security including PAM modules, sudoers, SSH configuration, and AD joining/bridging via Delinea agents.
• Knowledge of DevOps toolchains including Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Bash using Delinea Cloud REST APIs.
• Experience with identity protocols including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Kerberos, LDAP, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
