What you'll do
- Act as the discipline focal point for AVEVA E3D modelling activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver high-quality 3D models, drawings, reports and material take-offs in line with project schedules and quality requirements.
- Work within an integrated AVEVA Unified Engineering environment, ensuring alignment between engineering data, specifications and 3D models.
- Support digital engineering best practices, data-centric design workflows and model governance procedures.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, project managers, information managers and other design disciplines.
- Participate in model reviews, constructability reviews, design coordination workshops and client review meetings.
- Perform clash detection, interference checking and model quality assurance activities.
- Support model health checks, design validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior designers.
- Ensure designs consider constructability, operability, maintainability, accessibility and lifecycle asset management requirements.
- Develop 3D structural steel models using AVEVA E3D, including ladders, stairways, handrails and supports.
- Interpret structural drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate interfaces with piping, HVAC and electrical disciplines.
- Generate structural drawings and MTOs.
