Overview
Lead Forward Deployment Engineer focused on business process automation, enterprise integrations, workflow orchestration, and scalable technology solutions.
What you'll do
- Partner with business and technical teams to understand challenges, gather requirements, and identify inefficiencies.
- Design, develop, and support enterprise integrations across internal systems, cloud platforms, databases, Salesforce, ServiceNow, third-party apps, and APIs.
- Implement automation and workflow orchestration to optimize processes and reduce manual effort.
- Lead technical delivery across application development, solution architecture, cloud services, secure integrations, CI/CD, and production support.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, solution reviews, and promoting engineering best practices.
- Develop technology solutions to improve productivity, operational efficiency, reliability, and data accessibility.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise integration, automation, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Apache Airflow, and Selenium/Playwright.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, OAuth, API authentication, and integration patterns.
- Database knowledge in MySQL and Oracle, including SQL development/optimization.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and Azure Key Vault.
- Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Git/Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and ServiceNow integration capabilities.
