Overview

Lead Data Engineer responsible for leading a data engineering team and delivering scalable Big Data solutions, ETL pipelines, and reliable data platforms with strong data quality and security.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of data engineers to develop and implement Big Data solutions.
• Design and build scalable, reliable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across data systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to optimize system performance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, systems, and infrastructure.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Master’s degree is listed as the job education/requirement: Masters - Data Science.
• Certified Data Management Professional - Riversand.
• Databricks certifications including Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• Oracle Database 12c Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Proficient English language proficiency (C2).
