What you'll do

• Lead data engineers developing Big Data solutions.
• Design scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on business requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Analyze data and troubleshoot system performance issues.
• Document data processes, systems, and infrastructure.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or a Master's degree in Data Science.
• Experience with the Databricks Platform.
• Knowledge of data engineering and cloud computing.
• People leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English at C2 level.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Agile Methodology, and risk management.
