Overview
Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery of secure, production-grade Agentic AI platforms, AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and RPA solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead delivery of Agentic AI and automation solutions across business, engineering, operations, security, risk, and control teams.
- Architect and build enterprise AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and reusable platform capabilities.
- Engineer agents that use tools and APIs, manage state, recover from failures, and execute multi-step workflows.
- Integrate agents and automations with enterprise applications, data sources, APIs, and messaging platforms.
- Deliver UiPath workflows, bots, document processing, queues, approvals, and exception handling.
- Establish evaluation, testing, observability, security, governance, and quality controls.
- Mentor engineers, conduct design and code reviews, define engineering standards, and resolve production issues.
What you'll need
- 10–12 years of technology experience.
- At least 6 years delivering enterprise AI and automation solutions and leading Generative or Agentic AI initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with production-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with process automation, workflow orchestration, RPA, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Automation Cloud and GitHub Copilot.
- Strong Python and software engineering skills, including APIs, databases, Git, testing, CI/CD, and containerization.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, AI, data science, information systems, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience with Model Context Protocol, agent interoperability, LLM gateways, and multi-model routing.
- Exposure to RAG, task mining, BPMN, document intelligence, or conversational automation.
- Experience in financial services, capital markets, investment servicing, or another regulated industry.
- Cloud AI, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, software engineering, or Generative AI certifications.
