Lead Engineer - Cybersecurity Services

Overview

Lead technical cybersecurity services for industrial control systems, OT environments, and critical infrastructure. Develop security standards and architectures, guide assessments and remediation, and support global service delivery through training and technical leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead ICS/OT cybersecurity assessments and associated remediation.
• Create OT hardening standards, secure configuration guides, and implementation playbooks.
• Develop secure reference architectures for ICS, power management, and critical infrastructure environments.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance on assessments, remediation plans, and implementations.
• Develop assessment methodologies, checklists, templates, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Deliver cybersecurity training and workshops to sales, service, support, and engineering teams.
• Execute lifecycle cybersecurity services including risk assessments, consulting, commissioning, hardening, and solution deployment.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial automation, and control.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
• 3+ years performing cybersecurity services at customer sites, preferably in ICS environments.
• 3+ years designing and implementing ICS/OT systems such as DCS, SCADA, BAS, BMS, or EPMS.
• 3+ years of network architecture and design experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity architectures, hardening standards, architecture reviews, and design assessments.
• Understanding of IEC 62443 zones and conduits, industrial protocols, networking, and cybersecurity standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with RFP responses, pre-sales presentations, consulting, or customer-site project delivery.

• Location: Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
• Travel to customer sites is required.
