Solution Architect

Overview

Serve as the technical authority for identity governance implementations, translating customer requirements into secure, scalable SailPoint and IDAM solutions.

What you'll do

• Gather customer use cases and document product-based requirements.
• Design secure solution architectures and functional specifications.
• Educate customers and partners on product architecture and best practices.
• Scope, analyze, and document implementation projects.
• Develop technical training for SailPoint implementation partners.
• Support complex configurations and contribute custom code.
• Present architectural plans and guide project delivery teams.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise software, systems integration, or consulting.
• 5+ years of experience with SailPoint or IDAM solutions.
• Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Software development and configuration experience with Java, XML, BeanShell, and JavaScript.
• Strong customer-facing consultative and communication skills.
• Ability to design secure, scalable solutions for complex identity and access management challenges.

Nice to have

• J2EE, CISSP, SailPoint Certified Engineer, or SailPoint Solution Architect certification.
• Experience with Microsoft, Sun, Oracle, IBM, or Novell identity governance platforms.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and role-based access controls.
• Project management or quality assurance testing experience.

• Hybrid or in-office arrangement in Pune, India.
• Working hours support APJ time zones.
• Occasional local and regional travel may be required.
