Lead Financial Analyst, OneStream

Overview

Lead Financial Analyst, OneStream role supporting General Mills' transition of its global close and consolidation platform from HFM to OneStream, as the Global Consolidation Administrator within the Financial Systems Integration team.

What you'll do

• Perform primary duties within the OneStream application, including entity hierarchies, rules, workflows, dashboards, and reporting views/packages.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions (OneStream Cube Views and Excel Add-in) as needed by Accounting and other Finance teams.
• Create, maintain, and update financial reports and forms, and perform training and end-user education on system functionality, as needed.
• Troubleshoot and partner with D&T resources on technical issues related to the OneStream system.
• Support integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations, confirmations) from source systems (SAP, other) in OneStream.
• Partner with the SOX team to ensure internal control governance (including SOX requirements), documentation, and coordination with internal and external auditors as it relates to system access and change management.
• Provide support for users and maintain system protocols in troubleshooting data validation, access, and reporting issues.

What you'll need

• Full time graduation from an accredited university (mandatory; this minimum education criteria cannot be altered).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial consolidation system administration, specifically in OneStream.
• Strong documentation and communication skills to support interaction with Finance customers and IT partners.
• A strong background in accounting and finance.
• Detail oriented, highly accurate, and conscientious, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hyperion HFM.

• Shift timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
