Lead Financial Strategist

Overview

Lead Financial Strategist in Corpay India’s Cross-Border division, supporting the payments line of business with analytics and strategy.

What you'll do

• Deliver forecasting, modeling, and analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support business intelligence projects and prepare management presentations for leadership.
• Facilitate stakeholder concept-gathering sessions and drive strategic initiatives.
• Champion process improvements and automation to enhance cycle times, accuracy, and visibility.
• Lead performance management routines and convert results into actionable plans with owners and due dates.
• Build scalable driver-based forecasting models across functions or product lines.
• Model ROI and support due diligence for acquisitions and mergers; support integration projects post-acquisition.

What you'll need

• 15+ years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analytics.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, including Power BI.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Project management experience in consulting.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Basic knowledge of CRM (Salesforce).
• Microsoft SQL, Visio, and SharePoint.
