Lead HR Specialist

Overview

Lead HR Specialist role focused on implementing HR documentation, tools, and processes to ensure compliance with government, regulatory, and internal governance standards related to employment and fair employment practices.

What you'll do

• Implement documentation, tools, and processes for employment-related compliance alignment.
• Ensure adherence to required government and regulatory standards.
• Support internal company governance for employee-related areas.
• Manage compliance teams and/or operations for such teams.
• Execute standard enabling activities and provide advice within policy and routines.
• Resolve issues using judgment within established procedures.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in a Plant HR role.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to consult more senior team members for issues outside defined policy boundaries.
• Good knowledge of how team work integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Basic understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work.
