Senior Engineer - Electrical

Overview

Senior Engineer - Electrical to manage selected water-industry electrical design project components and ensure technical quality, compliance, and client communication.

What you'll do

• Manage selected projects or project components.
• Own quality assurance and client feedback for assigned scope.
• Work with other design disciplines to maintain overall design integrity.
• Provide technical advice and conduct independent design reviews.
• Review and ensure compliance for drawings, reports, specifications, and studies.
• Build and maintain client relationships and coordinate with project leadership.
• Assist in developing team members.

What you'll need

• B.E / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• 10 to 15 years’ experience designing electrical systems for the water industry.
• Knowledge of lighting calculations and design.
• Experience with low voltage power distribution, earthing & bonding, cable systems/containment, and lightning protection.
• Familiarity with ETAP, SKM Tool, and DIALUX software.
• Ability to perform cable sizing, voltage drop, short circuit, arc flash, relay coordination, and earthing & bonding studies.
• Working knowledge of American standards including NFPA, IEEE, and IEC related to water industry.
