Lead Information Security Engineer, ITC

Overview

Lead Information Security Engineer for enterprise identity and security engineering, focusing on privileged and non-human identities.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and modernisation of enterprise credential and privileged identity capabilities.
• Lead engineering and the roadmap for the Credentials & Privileged Access function.
• Design and build a next-generation credential management platform.
• Modernise and integrate the CyberArk/Cerberus ecosystem.
• Develop solutions for non-human identity lifecycle management, secrets orchestration, and certificate lifecycle automation.
• Define and enforce credential security standards and controls.
• Partner with IAM governance, platform engineering, and cloud security teams and mentor engineers.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in IAM / Security Engineering / Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms such as CyberArk or Cerberus.
• Deep understanding of non-human identities, including service accounts, API keys, and machine identities.
• Experience building or integrating enterprise credential management platforms.
• Software engineering background in Java/Python/Go (preferred) and API-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of secrets management and certificate lifecycle management (PKI).
