Lead IT System Support Analyst - SAP S/4 HANA EAM

Overview

Lead IT System Support Analyst focused on SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) within Chevron’s global ERP organization.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, analyze, coordinate, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to gather business requirements.
• Analyze SAP EAM/IAM capabilities supporting asset maintenance business processes and KPIs.
• Configure SAP EAM and IAM solutions to meet business needs or resolve issues.
• Partner with developers to design, code, and implement custom/complex solutions.
• Execute system tests, oversee production deployments, and provide ad-hoc user training/support.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience supporting SAP EAM and/or related areas in S/4 HANA.
• Hands-on Asset Management experience using SAP EAM.
• Proficiency in SAP EAM configuration.
• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and integrations with modules like MM, FI, and CO.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based management practices and Agile methodology.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in SAP S/4Hana application operations support and/or project implementation for Enterprise Asset Management.
