Lead Logistics Customer Experience and Operations Senior Specialist

Overview

Lead logistics customer experience and operations for high-value technology product returns, reverse logistics, warehouse coordination, and inventory control.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end return shipments via air freight.
• Coordinate RMA and return-to-stock activities.
• Monitor return shipment exceptions, damages, shortages, and delivery failures.
• Ensure receipt, processing, and inventory reconciliation of returned inventory.
• Perform SAP transaction processing for inventory and logistics movements.
• Track shipment status and provide operational updates to internal teams.

What you'll need

• 3–8 years of experience in air freight operations, reverse logistics, and returns management.
• Mandatory SAP knowledge including SAP MM and SAP WM/EWM.
• Process knowledge for import/export operations (air preferred).
• Experience in inventory transaction processing and warehouse coordination.
• Experience managing RMA processing and return-to-stock processes.
• Advanced SAP and Excel skills; SAP and Excel are mentioned as requirements.
• Knowledge of shipment tracking and visibility tools is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SD.
• Power BI and Excel Macro experience.
• Experience with WMS/TMS systems.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL shipment platforms.
