Senior Principal Business Integration Analyst (SAP MM - Ariba,15+ Years)

Overview

Senior Principal Business Integration Analyst for Supply Chain applications, supporting and enhancing enterprise platforms including SAP and Ariba.

What you'll do

• Lead business and technical requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design across multiple Supply Chain applications.
• Partner with stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Administer, support, and enhance enterprise Supply Chain applications (including SAP and SAP Ariba).
• Support portal modernization initiatives aligned with the Ariba platform rollout.
• Design, configure, test, implement, and support new or upgraded business applications.
• Ensure compliance with RTX Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Global Trade policies.
• Coordinate with SMEs and Digital Technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

What you'll need

• 14+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 13+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Extensive experience supporting enterprise Supply Chain applications.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience administering or supporting SAP, Ariba Supplier Business Network (SBN), Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise web portal technologies such as Liferay or .NET.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 15–20% as business needs require.
