Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer

Overview

Lead manufacturing process engineering role focused on developing and maintaining product processes and quality, including change management and validation activities.

What you'll do

• Lead process design, setting up manufacturing processes, and product validation.
• Lead change management for products and processes.
• Prepare and review work instructions (SOP) and device history records, and keep DMR up to date.
• Drive and maintain PFMEA/DMR/process maps/quality plans, and train the team.
• Ensure product BOM maintenance and product costing in Oracle, including routing and cost roll-ups.
• Lead quality trend analysis and corrective & preventive actions for internal failures, supplier defects, and customer rejections.
• Lead calibration, equipment verification & validation, and drive cycle time and cost reduction activities.

What you'll need

• Minimum 9+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
• Exposure to program management in electronics manufacturing or diagnostic imaging product manufacturing.
• Strong experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing teams effectively.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferable healthcare industry experience with ISO 13485 certification.
