RBIN – Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager- Process planner, NaP/MFC4

Overview

Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager for process planning and value-stream setup, translating strategy and customer/stakeholder requirements into technical inputs for manufacturing and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Translate business/customer/stakeholder and regulatory requirements into technical inputs for a value stream.
• Plan and monitor manufacturing capacity/capability and value-stream performance metrics.
• Establish and control production processes using release documentation, control plans, work instructions, and SPC.
• Manage budgets and cost planning for upcoming operational and development periods.
• Compile deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure defect-free products.
• Plan MAE, tooling, and consumable availability through supplier inquiries and purchase requests.
• Coach and organize team engagement for knowledge sharing and adoption of new standards and methods.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of process planning activities in the auto component manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mech or Production).
• Knowledge of manufacturing process and MAE, assembly & testing techniques, and measuring/testing equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of project management and production monitoring systems (MES, MAS, i4.0 solutions).
• Advanced knowledge in data analytics & data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Competent in AIAG core tools including PFMEA, Control Plan, and WI.
• Certification/desirable: Quality management, statistical tools, operations management, data analytics, and Agile methodology.
