What you'll do

• Provide holistic, enterprise-wide consulting advice based on business domain, technologies, and organizational strategy.
• Apply systems thinking to navigate interconnected, complex systems and oversee initiatives in highly ambiguous spaces.
• Lead analysis of business problems and drive comprehensive root cause analysis across organizational boundaries.
• Manage business analysis deliverables and ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders across organizational boundaries and drive consensus with leadership.
• Evaluate strategic solution options using value analysis and risk assessment to shape long-term roadmaps.
• Ensure manufacturing data solutions fit within the Roche ecosystem for stable, robust, high-performing operations.

What you'll need

• Advanced bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.
• 2+ years experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing IT solutions.
• Strong understanding of the product discovery and development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with GxP, FAIR data principles, and data privacy regulations (GDPR).
• Ability to apply systems thinking for enterprise-wide consulting advice.
• Experience conducting comprehensive root cause analysis and advanced value and risk assessments.
