What you'll do

• Develop and continually improve a manufacturing value-add flow with resources like space, MAE, testing, and handling.
• Plan and monitor internal/external requirements to move the value stream toward a future state.
• Establish and control production processes including release, control plans, work instructions, and SPC; manage non-conforming parts.
• Estimate and track budgets and operational expenses to meet demand and development project needs.
• Identify risks and plan preventive/reactive measures for risks affecting delivery, product quality, and contingencies.
• Analyze deviations, find root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent defects.
• Plan MAE, tooling, and consumables by scouting suppliers and managing purchase requests and availability.
