Lead Mobile Application Engineer (.NET MAUI / Xamarin)

Overview

Lead the design, development, and evolution of cross-platform mobile applications for patients and clinical research sites. Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, modernization, delivery, and engineering standards.

What you'll do

• Define architecture for scalable .NET MAUI mobile applications.
• Develop performance-critical features using C#, .NET, and XAML.
• Modernize Xamarin.Forms applications and establish reusable components.
• Implement responsive interfaces for Android and iOS.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, secure storage, and offline synchronization.
• Own CI/CD, build automation, signing, versioning, and app-store deployment.
• Mentor engineers and guide technical decisions across stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on .NET MAUI or advanced Xamarin.Forms experience with migration expertise.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and XAML.
• Experience with MVVM, clean architecture, and mobile design patterns.
• Experience delivering production Android and iOS applications.
• Knowledge of mobile lifecycles, threading, CI/CD, and mobile DevOps.
