Lead Network Security Engineer

Overview

Lead L3 Network Security Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing enterprise network security solutions for critical infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Design, deploy, administer, and optimize Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall environments.
• Configure security policies including NAT, VPNs, SSL decryption, URL filtering, IPS, anti-malware, and application control.
• Administer Fortinet SD-WAN solutions including overlay VPN, ADVPN, and SLA-based routing.
• Manage Panorama for centralized firewall policy administration and governance.
• Support Microsoft Azure network security including Azure Firewall and VPN Gateways.
• Lead network and security activities for data center migration, including firewall/policy migrations and cutovers.

What you'll need

• 6-8 years of relevant experience (or BA/BS degree with 6-8 years, or equivalent education/experience).
• Experience with Palo Alto, Panorama, FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.
• Experience with Fortinet SD-WAN, ADVPN, IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, and HA/VDOM.
• Knowledge of Azure network security components including Azure Virtual WAN, VNets, NSGs, and NVAs.
• Routing and networking skills including BGP, OSPF, static routing, ECMP, and VRF.
• Security monitoring/operations tools including Azure Monitor, syslog, and SIEM integration.
