Network Security Engineer

Overview

Network Security Engineer to manage and support enterprise network security infrastructure, including firewalls, VPN, load balancers, and DNS/DDI.

What you'll do

• Manage and support enterprise network security infrastructure components (Palo Alto firewalls, GlobalProtect VPN, F5 load balancers, UltraDNS, ClearPass, and EIP solutions).
• Handle incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL processes.
• Troubleshoot end-user connectivity and remote access issues related to GlobalProtect VPN.
• Administer and troubleshoot F5 load balancers, including virtual servers, pools, monitors, SSL certificates, and GTM/LTM configurations.
• Manage and troubleshoot DNS/DDI services, including zone management, traffic optimization, and availability management.
• Lead end-to-end security projects across planning, design, implementation, migration, testing, and operational handover.
• Perform packet capture analysis using Wireshark and other network diagnostic tools, and troubleshoot BGP/OSPF routing and connectivity issues.

What you'll need

• Expert knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls, GlobalProtect VPN, F5 Load Balancer (LTM/GTM) operations, UltraDNS/DDI, ClearPass, and EIP solutions.
• Strong experience in firewall operations, NAT, security policy management, threat prevention, URL filtering, and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on experience in F5 LTM/GTM configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support.
• Expert understanding of BGP and DNS/DDI administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Wireshark packet capture and network traffic analysis.
• Good understanding of Incident and Change.
