Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3)

Overview

Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) to lead managed services delivery for client networks, including incident/problem resolution and SLA adherence.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents and problems.
• Ensure service level agreement (SLA) conditions are met.
• Identify root causes of critical incidents and implement solutions.
• Manage high-complexity tickets, perform analyses, and provide resolutions.
• Create knowledge articles and train/coach junior team members.
• Configure, install, test, and keep client infrastructure operational; monitor alerts.
• Provide onsite technical support, investigate third-line calls, and coordinate with vendors.

What you'll need

• Proficiency with technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN and Virtual Juniper (plus others listed).
• Advanced certifications on at least one or two of the listed technologies.
• Excellent planning and project management abilities.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
